- Credit Card: Subject to the regulations of your card issuer.
- Bank Transfer: Please make payment within 7 days after order confirmation. If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.
Delivery Time

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
1. No cancellation fees will be charged until the design is finalized and agreed upon. Once the engraving process begins after your approval, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Please refer here for the post-order process.
2. Defective or Incorrect Products: If there is a defect due to our responsibility (e.g., incorrect characters, damage), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will promptly arrange for a replacement. In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs.
